My STR hosting journey

After starting with my STR hosting journey with a single small apartment, I realized this business had the ability to scale and grow and provide some real revenue and financial freedom into our household. However, I also discovered that I enjoyed setting up comfortable spaces and taking care of people. Those people were so appreciative of the little details which showed we had anticipated their needs in advance- the customer and guest experience was very important to me but also meant that I had to look at how to best serve the needs of guests.
